According to Bijan Mohajerin (founder), company history starts when he returned to Iran after he earned a master degree in US. Considering the food production knowledge he acquired during his stay and study in US, he starts producing in his basement by using only a manual mixer and a pack of oil and introduces mayonnaise to Iranian market for first time. After a while he starts developing and moves to a small shop in Yousef Abad region in Tehran.

This new mayonnaise sauce that was introduce as brand name of Diamond was not very well known to public and normal consumers and most buyers came from diplomats, ambassadors and citizens who experienced and liked during their travels abroad.
